Course thoroughly covers both the logical and physical structures of Active Directory and Exchange Server. Some of the topics covered and accomplished during lecture time and lab time are the installation of Exchange Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.

Diebold Election Systems – Oct 2006-Present

Technician for Harrison County for November 2006 General Election. Trained on Accu-vote TSX Voting Machines, Accu-vote Optical Scanning Units, Encoders, VPAT Printer assemblies, etc. Performed Acceptance testing of New TSX Machines in Cuyahoga and Stark Counties, performed Logic and Accuracy Testing on Harrison County Systems, worked with GEMS Database and Result Reporting.

Started freelancing part time, Setting up Restaurants With QuickBooks (DOS version 1.0) For accounting and Payroll and Lotus Spreadsheet based Inventory / Purchasing Tracking I had Developed for my own use as a Restaurant general Manager. Started Assembling my own Systems for sale and Supporting Hardware, Was a Beta Tester for Both Windows 95 and MSN Internet Service in Early 95, Started Subcontracting with PCCW (See Below) in 1995 as Windows 95 hit the Market. Was online (CompuServe) in 1992, and also local BBS Systems, Have been Supporting Small Businesses (5–40 systems) as all around support technician, combining Server, Workstation, Network, Internet and Hardware / Software support for the last 15 years.

1987-1996

General Manager – Mike and a crew of 6 , including myself, renovated this former Dutch pantry building starting in June of 1987. We opened on Labor day weekend of that year. I was in charge of Hiring, Scheduling of 3 Shifts, Purchasing, Inventory tracking, HR , etc. Developed Inventory spreadsheet formulas to cut weekly food cost processing from 6-hour manual job to 1 hour automated, on my Commodore 64 at home. Purchased PC Clone for office and converted data to PC Format. Also handled Catering Functions and Special Events  (Rib Burn-offs, Food Shows, etc)
